Counselling Services

Counselling services occur virtually, through Google Meet or FaceTime. Contact MLS Nutrition for more details on which service would be right for you.

Some insurance plans cover Registered Dietitians services. If yours does, a receipt will be provided that you can submit. Otherwise, you can submit your receipt on your taxes.

Initial Session - $140

1 hour session

Follow up Session - $80

30 min session

Group Session - $150

1 hour for sports teams or other groups interested in a specific nutrition topic.

3 Visit Package - $250

For people interested in more accountability.
